Jul 01,2018I bid on a print via "Live auctioneers" (I never had issues with them prior with any of the previous items I purchased) although I was the high bid, another person won the print. The other person was an "absentee bidder- had "left bids" and I was informed, after the sale, "they were priority" (per a rep at RoGallery). As I went back and forth (RoGallery stated it was Live auctioneers issue-Live Auctioneers stated it was the clerks fault at RoGallery...) the rep from RoGallery tried to up-sell me, stating there were more prints of the one I lost. The one I was high bid on was $35.00, the same print / up-sell was for $165.00 I'm thinking perhaps there was unseen reserve to make sure items did not sell too cheap... hence the up-sale.

Jun 01,2018It has been several years since I last dealt with RoGallery. In the past, I never had an issue or a problem. Now, 5-6 years down the road, I am happy to see that nothing has changed. They were friendly, communicative, efficient, and, perhaps most importantly for an on-line art dealer, honest and true to their word. What you buy is exactly what you get. They quickly answered my questions and I was thrilled when the piece arrived. It looked even better in person than it did on a computer screen and it looks best of all framed and hanging on the wall. I will continue to do business with them without hesitation or reservation. I know they are honest and sell quality artwork and stand behind their product.
