Oct 24,2024Pure scammers , had nothing but trouble with my garage door since they fitted it , 2 years its been fitted and its finally packed up its all came off its runners it’s currently laid on my front garden and my garage wide open , costing me over 2k for a new fitted door not what i needed to fork out so close to christmas! took the extended warranty but since the company has changed its name again and claiming to have gone bust the warranty isnt worth a light they take no responsibility for my garage door because they claim to be a whole new company! Do not use this company!!

Jul 01,2024I bought a RDC garage roller door and its great, The service was perfect and the garage door works fine as expected. I bought it in Feb 2022 forgot to write a review but later is better than never. Great door, great service and excellent product. Thankyou.

May 17,2024We have had many problems with our door mainly the hinges breaking every 12 months and now it's happened again and the 10 years warranty is not worth the paper it written on. Do not use this company no telephone number and no response to email etc.

May 14,2024Bought roller door in may 2020 had problems they did come out at first to repair but now I need a remote fob I don’t seem to be able to contact them. I did take out the extended warranty £125 seems waste of time

Feb 25,2024Yes same here. Now trading as sentry doors so if you looking at sentry doors you may want to look deep. Warranty no good unit installed has lasted 18 months. Now looking at a cost to repair by as local company.

Jan 30,2024I bought a door from RDC in July 2020 and purchased the extended warranty. It has now broken. They have now started trading under the name of Sentry Rolling Doors with the same contact details. I've sent two messages. I cannot find a phone number. We've had a quote from another garage door company. The door we had fitted is illegal and shoddy. If it seems to good to be true it is too good to be true. Stay well clear.

Jan 23,2024I had my doors installed by Rolling Doors Concepts in February 2022 and added an extended 9 year warranty costing £125. On January 2024 the door wouldn’t open so changed all the batteries in the remotes. Refused to open. I’ve tried to contact them phone and email no replies. Now their Website says they’ve ceased trading.

Dec 15,2023Poorly fitted the manual system, rod catches on wall, rod falls out, electric blew couldn't get into garage, had to remove electricity meter box to gain entry, took out extended warranty but now they have closed down and started again under another name the warranty is useless, obviously an Arthur Daley type conman in charge ripping people off. Now trading as Sentry rolling doors using the same RDC details.

Nov 15,2023Paid for a garage door from Rolling door concepts, paid for extra warranty on the motor and parts, less than 18 months later the motor has died and cannot open the door. Contact the company to use the extended warranty paid for and the company, no reply to emails, phone number is non existent and they have gone bust, leaving me out of pocket and also unable to get a car out of the garage. Company since re trading as “Sentry” doors. Probably run by the same dodgy person selling the same dodgy cheap products to ruin some more unsuspecting home owners lives. A complaint has been raised to trading standards for both companies.

Nov 14,20232year roller door the first year call out twice to reset door not fit for purpose will not roll up even with the manual overdrive very poor quality 2fobs could have bern in a Christmas cracker . Called lots of times several numbers but no such number emailed 5times mail returned undelivered. Emailed the warranty contact no number. Got an expected who said I’ve been scammed snd the company trade in another name . I have contacted watchdog . I have no access into my garage snd will need to replace with a proper garage door Be afraid be very very afraid and buy local the scammers are based in England

Nov 14,2023DO NOT USE!!! Paid over £1000 for a door and extra insurance. Door fell on my husband head! Very dangerous! Company then go bust and set up in different name. Will be taking to court for damages!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Had an independent engineer and they have used wrong parts!

Sep 14,2023Had RDC fit my garage door . Lasted 2 yrs if that . Motor and control box failed . Like others door held onto roller with wood screws but then fitted by two Eastern Europeans working on behalf of RDC. A local reputable company looked at it and declared it useless and non repairable cheap rubbish . Now costing me £2k to replace RDC it seems long gone . There should be laws preventing this .

Aug 29,2023We are now having to replace the door with a brand new one from another company. The company no longer exists and the 9 year extended warranty was a scam. The control unit and the transformer have both stopped working. Upon inspection by the reputable local firm I called in, they discovered the door was only fixed to the roller with 3 x wood screws!

Jul 30,2023Luckily I don’t buy extended warranties specifically because of what has happened to so many who have been stitched up by this company, but they’re not the only ones who do that sort of thing. Closing down and then forming a new company with a slightly different name appears to be par for the course these days. Condolences to those who have been affected

Jul 28,2023It’s a shame as the initial getting the company to come and do the work was easy. Door insulation fab, the guys were so lovely and knew what they were doing. It’s a shame that communication is none existent…they just need to employ a good office manager! Now my door has come off the runners and no one will answer my messages. I did have the text message like others…”I don’t work for them anymore”…”I think the company has gone under”….what a way to run a business…I now cannot access my garage at all. Good job I didn’t keep the car in there! 😡😡😡😡

Jul 22,2023Hi there I have a broken remote control and would like to claim on my 10 year warranty, i am keep on calling the rdc company number but the contact number is not exist. There was a guy called Matt was working there and initially he picked up my first call, but now he is telling me that he have left the company. Is it strange?. Because he was the only one there at that time. I think he is the boss and now he is giving me a new story. Is anyone know which company we have paid for the warranty, because I remember it was a different company!

Jan 18,2025Badly fitted door, had to call them to repair in 2020. The double width door fitted in 2018. Now completely wrecked after failing to stop on opening. Very poor installation with parts not fitted correctly. Don't go near them !
