Dec 02,2019Apart from changing the instalment date ie failure to turn up and having to come back after installation I give you only 4 stars as for the quality of work excellent job done, and a bit disappointed you managed to drop the price again for other customers by another £200 as seen on your advertisement.

Oct 25,2019Absolutely disgusting customer service. This bunch of incompetent fools have now attempted SEVEN times to satisfactorily install these doors and still have not achieved this. The farce began with the first time they attended with the wrong size door. This they originally tried to blame on me and once the email was shown with the correct measurements they still did not apologise. The second trip they did not have all the parts so booked a third trip to fit the missing parts. On arriving the third time the parts were once again the wrong size. Fourth appointment they simply did not turn up. Fifth appointment they completed the install, however weeks later the door broke and would not open. On arriving for appointment six they managed to get the door open but could not repair it as again they did not have the parts. A seventh appointment was made, on the day of the appointment I emailed twice to confirm and got no reply, so I rang. When they answered the phone they said they would “look into it” and call me back. Nobody called. I called again and was told “it’s another department and they only work by email” but they would chase them up. Shortly afterwards I received an email to say “the van had broken down” and they were not going to come. Seven botched appointments, seven days off work to facilitate that, and still no complete install. The only thing this company does efficiently is bank your money. Save yourself the heartache, DO NOT BUY FROM ROLLING DOOR CONCEPTS!!!

Jun 24,2019Had a single door fitted, the fitters were very good and efficient, the downside of the service is the quality of the remote controls, they are of a really inferior quality, mine fell onto a rug 10 days after door fitting and smashed to pieces, having taken the 10 year warranty rang to get a replacement, this is classed as accidental damage and not covered so they require a payment of £75!! No replacement for inferior goods, be very very aware of using the company as due to the quality it could cost you hundreds of pounds in remotes as they do not stand up to normal useage and wear and tear.

Dec 24,2018I want to share my experience as this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The doors seem good quality but the workforce are a joke. The surveyor wasted our time by not turning up on the agreed date and then took the wrong measurements so the wrong size doors were sent that had to be cut down on the drive. The fitters only turned up on the 3rd agreed date and then had to leave as they didn’t bring an electrician even though the salesman told us they would move some cables. When the fitters eventually fitted the doors, they didn’t cover anything in the garage land it took me 2 days to clear the dust from shelving. The fitters also didn’t remove all the fittings from the old doors that meant the new door did not fit flush on the floor. When they returned later to sort out the original fitting, they unplugged the freezer to use power tools and although they plugged it back in when finished, they left the switch in the off position on the plug so all the freezer contents defrosted. I would certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone else as they have just caused me lots of wasted time, extra work and grief to clean up after them and loss of money for the defrosted food.

Dec 03,2019Superb quality & value for money. Lovely young men who fitted the door, very professional. Good offer on extended warranty too. Unfortunately we had an issue with the laser after 3 months & had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer, not so good!
