Fitted during lockdown where the fitters worked totally outside the property and within safety social distancing guidlines. So happy with it I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Lee the fitter was very professional the door looks lovely.

Apr 15,2020Very happy with the service/ product and would definitely recommend. The ordering process was really easy and helpful sales centre staff talked through all the details/ options. Andrius, the fitter (3rd party installer) got in touch beforehand and arrived at the agreed time. He asked for my preference on the positioning of the door within the opening (between or behind the piers) and spent a few hours to carry out the installation. The quality of the install was very good (despite my walls not being plumb!) and he cleared everything away including the old door & frame leaving the work area spotless. He gave a demonstration upon completion and provided 2 fobs and the paperwork. Worth mentioning that due to the current Covid-19 situation, the whole process was totally contactless with the fitter abiding by social distancing rules and the payment being bank transfer. He even provided hand sanitiser wipes with the fobs and invoice at the end. Good job, thank You!

Apr 23,2020I understand the challenging times but these guys took a deposit, did not turn up as scheduled to install the door (pre lock down), did not call and have not since then picked up the phone !
