May 06,2020I thought at first it was a strange process regarding payment upfront for the doors itself. I have to be honest I was a little dubious about it. But everything went to plan and the guys that did the install, Grant being one of them were both polite and efficient. The install was done within 2 hours and a great job done. After the work was done I had a think about the process. It wasn't the usual, but it was a very unique and hassle free concept that really does work, you've just got to have a little trust, and I'm glad I did.

May 01,2020Excellent service from start to finish and even managed to fit (contact free) 3 weeks early!!!! Office/sales team were brilliant and fitters excellent also. The only thing I was disappointed with was the thickness of the actual door, I think it would be fairly easy to push and bend resulting in door coming out of runners? Everything else seems good quality though, time will tell.

It's always concerning when you spend this kind of money without really knowing the company, and not having personal recommendations, however, I have to say that from the first responsefrom Rosie in reeply to my contact request on the website, everything has been very easy. Payment was confirmed within a couple of hours and the fitting date set. Andruis arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. Clean and tidy workmanship, and he gave a clear explanation of its operation and safety features. We now have a great looking door, for a good price, working beautifully! We are very pleased! Highly recommended

Apr 25,2020I have to be honest I was a little sceptical given the price and requirement to pay up front by bank transfer. When I booked and received invoice I checked vat number and company number and they didn't match exactly, so was nervous. I spoke to the sales people and they agreed to let me pay by credit card to allay those fears. Door was fitted on the planned day quickly and professional and I'm happy with the product. I took the extended warranty because the price was good. My advice based on experience is don't be worried. Great product and service for the price.
