May 28,2024We received the replacement Velux blind but the fixing clips had not been included in the package. We contacted customer service and they arranged for the clips to be delivered the next delivery day.

My old blind had broken after 10 years, I didn’t expect to find another to match up with other blind in the room. It’s perfect. Easy to install done in 10 minutes , that included taking other one down
