Sep 25,20235 star for the ease and communication after placing the order. The only issue was I ordered 2 blinds and they got sent separately and 1 went missing in the Royal Mail network so had to wait to finish off the room .

Sep 18,2023These are great, i'm really pleased. They came quickly, genuine Velux blinds (but discounted compared to the offical Velux site, for reasons i don't understand!). Easy to fix, they were up within minutes.

They refunded me immediately for one blind without me having to return! I ordered more blinds. That is true customer care that is very rare these days. I am now a loyal customer!
