Cheaper direct than through Amazon but the instructions should include a QR code that lead you to a YouTube video and real photos not diagrams. I’m capable of installing the dormer window, or tiling a roof for that matter. These drawings of the steps were just confusing.

Sep 21,2024Vi bestilte et Velux-gardin den 1/9-2024, men efter mere end en uge har vi stadig ikke modtaget nogen information om forsendelse eller leveringsdato. Til gengæld har firmaet trukket pengene fra vores konto uden at levere varen. Jeg forsøgte at kontakte dem telefonisk, men ingen af de tre polske numre, de har oplyst, er aktive. Derfor skrev jeg til deres support, som hurtigt svarede, at der er forsinkelser på deres lager. Det ændrer dog ikke ved, at det er uacceptabelt at opkræve penge for et produkt, der ikke engang er afsendt. Efterfølgende får jeg besked om, at de er i gang med en "kvalitetskontrol" af produktet – men her efter tre uger står jeg stadig uden gardin eller mine penge. På trods af gode anmeldelser på Trustpilot har vores oplevelse været katastrofal, mildt sagt.

The blinds were delivered promptly, sooner than expected. Easy to install and configure, they were up in our loft in no time.

The blinds were light grey and we were worried they may be too light. In fact they were perfect and certainly no light showing through. Fitting was easy and once we had watched Youtube - they were easy to par with the solar remote.

Sep 16,2024Very easy to order. Delivery time was ok. The code for the size of the blind will be on your velux frame. Fitting the blind to the frame is relatively easy although I'm not a fan of these "easy" small pictures that show you how to fit the blind. Excellent product and when fully pulled down - total blackout!
