Da jeg kontaktede kundeservice, blev vi bedt om at sende billede/video af produktet. Produktet blev udskiftet med det samme, og nyt produkt kom to dage efter jeg kontaktede kundeservice. Forbløffende

Oct 09,2024Made a mistake ordering an electric roof blind for my velux window. That moment when you realise its wrong due to being one letter out, needed a GGLMK04 and ordered a GGLM04. Contacted their customer services team who were exceptional, replacement arranged without hesitation. Fantastic customer support and would highly recommend this company
