May 09,2025So ordered a rubber roofing kits and it all came. Everything was fine. But some of the plastic trim was heavily warped. But managed to get away with it as didn't need all of it so that's the only reason for a 4 star review Other than that absolutely fine.

May 03,2025Although the delivery driver left a part of the order on the truck .roofing kits direct chase up the missing parts and manage to get it delivered to me next day and emailed me to let me know when the part would arrive and at what time.

The overnight delivery was incorrect and I sent it back on Friday 4th Oct.I contacted roofing direct and received a wonderful apology on the same day and a promise to rectify the situation as soon Possibly. This has been duly done with the goods arriving at 8 o’clock this morning in perfect condition. I would like to thank roofing kit direct, for restoring my faith in Internet commerce.
