Jul 15,2019Ordered a roofing kit on Wednesday 3rd July 2019, before noon, for 'next day delivery' and finally gave up waiting for the goods on 13th July 2019, requesting a full re-fund. Despite giving full, correct address and contact details, I was told that they had attempted to deliver to a nearby adress, without attempting to contact me, twice?!! I have wasted a day's holiday which was taken to carry out the installation and re-arranged my working days around the expected deliveries. Despite the Managing Director getting involved personally and helping as much as he could, this company was let down by the dire carrier that they use and I would not recommend using them, especially if you are in the midlands or the north.
