As a first time online buyer from the RTI shop, it was a very pleasant experience for me. All the items that I needed were available. There were several payment methods available so check out was very quick and my orders were shipped the same day! The selection of courier service was very good. They handled all the expediting thru Customs and I received my orders within a few days, in good condition. If I had questions, communication thru Emails and WhatsApp was available and I received replies relatively fast. If there is an area that I would like to see improved, it would be in having a bit more detailed description of some of the items being sold like the chronograph.

It was a plesure for me to order from a shop with this customer service and speed! Literally, the packeg needs 1,5 days to deliver! In EU thats a word. I like all Wolfiek brands and you can trust in everyone of them! I ordered often and almost everytime its a grea experiencet.And if there is a problem, there is a nice customer service to contakt wich cares about your request and needs.
