The item was mailed to my previous address. Even though i had input new address. The person i spoke tp was quite rude about it saying it was my fault. I do not know the people who bought my house over 2 hours away. I have proof of delivery from royal mail but cant do anything. I have ended up paying for something i will never get

I haven’t bought from Rupali in years but these two products were good quality. My only bug bear is that the white dress is very thin and should have been explained in the caption. I’m a modest dresser so Now need to look for something long underneath 🙄

Items were smaller than the measurements given, so not as described. I have returned them and asked you to kindly also refund the postage. You refunded the items and not the postage even though the item WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. I have tried to call and email and also written to you. COMMUNICATION IGNORED I will never buy rom you again. I will warm others of this poor service.

Amazing and beautiful, with a huge range of styles and colours to choose from. I ordered 2 kaftans and 3 tunic tops, they were beautifully made and great value, also delivered very speedily.
