Nov 30,2022The company sent me an item that was defective, there was a huge dye stain on the front. I sent photos to customer service and I am still waiting for a reply. The prices are great but if things go wrong the customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on quality of clothing and lack of care towards their customers. UPDATE - The company replied to this review below. So I sent another email, I’m still waiting, they did not reply to that email either. This is incredibly frustrating. It appears as if they want to give the impression that they are helping to resolve the issue when in fact they couldn’t care less.

I always get so many compliments too from friends and family to whom I always recommend Rupali. Just one suggestion you can perhaps if you want to wave postage for order above £70-£75....I can't live without my Rupali kurtis in my day to day life. Lots of love and best wishes ❤ ♥ 💕

Nov 16,2022Hello, I am quite disappointed because the colors are not completely identical to the photos. But hey, it's still fine. The worst thing is that the Refcode 35995 outfit is absolutely not red and khaki; but pink and brown. Your photo is totally misleading. What are you offering?
