Mar 09,2022I found staples needles and pins in my clothes that i ordered. The way they package their products is absured. Whoever packed my order stapled the sleeves to the back of the kameez which left holes when attempting to unpack as well as that i found needles in stupid places. Normally when i order none of this happ3ns its packaged with plastic clips and sleeves but this time around it has put me off orderdering every again in case i have to send back again spending another 3 quid for postage from my pocket!

Feb 28,2022I bought a reduced-price Kurti (61479) from Rupali. It is absolutely gorgeousI I thought the tunic body was plain but it is covered in white embroidery and the embroidered panel is really lovely Astonishing value, promptly delivered. Recommend highly!

Nov 17,2021I like to buy suits from Rupali online and great delivery service but in my 1 of the item which I ordered XL , I received shirt size XL but bottom size L, I did mentioned in email with the images but unfortunately I did not received any response from Rupali which was definitely disappointment. I wish they had looked into it , otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
