Nov 17,2020Shocking company and no customer service reps that display any kind of empathy or common sense. Signed up to the free trial which didnt even work on mob. Tried to cancel but couldn't as site doesn't work. Lost my job due to covid and they took my benefits which was supposed to pay rent. Finally got in touch and refused to refund me. Semrush is much better than this crap.

Oct 05,2020System billed me twice in a row despite cancelling for certain; the first time I let it slide as I thought it was user-error on my part, but the second month certainly means something is definitely off. I can see I am not the first person to make this comment on this page. Customer service refused refund despite not having used the tool. As a tool, what do I think? It's very expensive for what it is. For this pricing one can get ahrefs, Sistrix, majestic... many other tools at similar pricing with far better power. Seems Ryte exists mostly to overcharge people with WordPress sites who do not know much about SEO.

Sep 04,2020Meiner Erfahrung nach, ist Ryte eine sehr gute All-in-One Plattform für verschiedenste digitale Dienstleistungen, die von SEO über Usability-improvement bis zu Traffic-Erhöhung einiges an Unterschied machen können. Kann sich lohnen, je nachdem ob und wie viel in den verschiedenen Bereichen bereits hereininvestiert wurde.

Jul 14,2020Total scam! The free version seemed somewhat useful, so I upgraded to the paid version to try it out but all they told me was the same issue they had found in the free version. I immediately canceled, and was surprised when later on I was billed. I went back and saw that indeed I had canceled, but they had me listed as "canceling" the free plan but being subscribed to a paid plan. They did not respond to my request to get rid of that charge so I had to get my credit card company involved and a new credit card so they can't keep scamming me. The free version was of a bit of use, but I didn't see any benefit to the paid version at all--especially since it appears they are incompetent at best or criminals at worst.

Viele schlaue Funktionen und Filtermöglichkeiten erleichtern die tägliche Arbeit, die API ist gold wert. Auch die Darstellung und Auswertung der GSC-Daten ist schon fast als Meisterwerk zu bezeichnen :-)
