Jan 09,2019Teribble support which think customer is always wrong. Misleading informations about payment. About software this is completely not worth of that money. You can buy Powersuite for that money for 6 months, deepcrawl or Screaming Frog for a year. Don't recommend to anyone.

Dec 07,2018ACHTUNG! Der Anbieter bietet kostenlose Testphasen an. Diese verlängert sich, ohne das ausreichend hierauf hingewiesen wird. Bei uns wurden 8 mal 99,- EUR abgebucht. Die Leistung wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Ein deutlicher Hinweis, dass es überhaupt zu einem kostenpflichtigen Vertrag kommt, fehlt. Eine Erstattung ist nicht möglich. In meinen Augen hochgeradig unseriös.

Sep 26,2018When our account accidentally rolled over the trial period for only a few days and we did not use the interface at all they still charged us $175AUD for the full month. Here is their reply: Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied. However, during the sign-up process, the terms of the trial period and subsequent auto-renewal are stated. That's how Ryte do business.

All the positive reviews are clearly from people related to the business. All positive reviews provide absolutely no details about what service was provided, or why the client like the service. Mostly just one line sentences with absolutely no details. I'm actually a paying customer! Clearly all positive reviews are just friends or staff helping this scamming business!

Nov 17,2019Useless website looring you to sing up, takes hours to do an initial scan of a website whereas competition such as woorank does more in seconds. Then you're in a very old fashioned outdated marketing way asked all over the page to start a free trial. Complete waste of time!
