Nov 10,2024The experience was very bad after I paid my bill for October the 1 the lady Megan was very rude and unprofessional on how she treated us from the other customers is was very hostile environment to be in knowing she was there harassing us shorting our time is was people smoking weed in front of the building she did nothing is was weed smell in the building on the floor we had our storage on and she allowed it pinpointing us so I would never do business with self storage knowing people can come and treat customer like trash and let other things go down and say nothing about it
