Nov 08,2024The new self service kiosk is useless. I can’t get a call back from a “local manager” to rent an additional unit next to my current unit. I miss Kelly working in the office. Bring her back, she was great. Otherwise the facility is clean and well lit.

This made for a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to rent a storage space.

Nov 08,2024South driveway to the big door always muddy. Told the person in the office countless times even emailed you guys and nothing was done. All that had to be done was shovel the muddy driveway. Couldn’t keep a clean vehicle. Place is on the entrance to the farmers market and impossible to enter Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Will not recommend this place to anyone that is a friend.
