When I was there to pay and to load my unit, both employees that I seen and talked too. Were very cool, helpful, and courteous.
The owner mr. Lord was very professional and informative we were very impressed with the facilities.
For starts, the 'special' in which was advertised online...was accurately represented. And all units that was said to be available...was. Second, the process was efficiently quick and equally hassle free. The representative proceeded as a very experienced make it happen broker. And of course. The office; internal/external premises; the unit; bathrooms are always beyond sanitize clean. And lastly. Which may seem a bit trivia at first. But 'new' matters. The automated doors; key pads and elevators are state of the art- and without worry..always work! So..Safeguard Storage.Keep up the awesome facility!👍🥳💯

Really dislike the automated video call booth replacing in person desk attendants. The call was motion activated, I was given no warning that my image and voice would be recorded before arriving at the storage center nor did I consent to having my voice recorded for the call. It was creepy and didn’t work because the contract that I needed to sign was glitching on my cellphone and a paper contract wasn’t available. Were it not for the intervention of an on site manager I would have canceled my reservation and locker entirely. Zero out of five stars to whatever cheap loser decided that this was an effective cost saving measure. I used a different descriptor but the review site won’t let me use “inappropriate language.” Oh also my code to get into the storage center doesn’t work, despite a second attempt by a video call representative to fix it.

I moved my daughter from an apartment to your Safeguard Self storage. The virtual assistant never appeared and continued phone calls to your main number proved to be no help. We couldn’t access the storage unit because our code was “not recognized”. Luckily we had a friend who had a unit and he eventually helped us. That was 11/27. We moved additional things on 12/1 with a new code and the same thing happened. Again, more phone calls and it is late on 12/2 and we still don’t have our own code. We took the 50% off for the first 2 months but November is only 4 days. One of your assistants offered $29 but I hope you can do better than that for our frustration! Please let us know and please send us our code.

Staff is nice and helpful
The employees are great very helpful and considerate. Rondo and Jose know the place backwards and forward s. They know exactly the size and type of storage I need and helped connect me to what I needed. The fscilty is clean run orderly wen when several customers are there at once and smells fresh and always a good temperature.
I am a new customer. There is no one working there to help at all. The bathrooms are terrible I had my wife with me she couldn’t even go to the bathroom because it was so filthy. I had to get my unit from a kiosk every person they sent me to on the kiosk always has some kind of issue. There is no reason it should have took me 2 and a half hours to rent my unit.
