(the sales team were really helpful) We had a re-stocking charge (which is fine) but also an extra £30.00 postage charge! We had already paid for postage for the initial item (and paid for the item to be sent back). So why are we paying for a postal charge that we've already paid

Oct 16,2022I still haven't got the item yet nor had a delivery date I wish to review as the sales team got back to me with a delivery date being 1st Nov but if they could deliver earlier they would do so....! Today (25th October0 I received the order in flat pack form was delivered exactly where it was needed by a helpful delivery chap. really good service and delivery of I will definitely reuse and order further containers when needed.

Oct 02,2022From the minute i initially called, to the last bolt in the unit being tightened, it was a pleasure doing business with this company. I had no fuss or hassle when ordering the unit. The unit also arrived before the stated date, but i was still given 24hrs notice that it was coming. When the unit arrived, the driver was outstanding. Not an easy driveway to negotiate, but even in the pouring rain, the unit was lowered with precision. Built it today, (3 of us in 1hr 50mins) looking great and is solid Cheers Safetrade 👍

Sep 29,2022Great service and product from Safetrade. It would help if assembly instructions were included in the packaging. However, basic instructions are on the website. I feel my motorcycle is secure in this unit. Definitely a two person assembly job. I would recommend.

I was then contacted and advised the price had increased, so I had to make a second payment for the item, which I was unimpressed with as they should be selling at the advertised price, especially after taking payment! However, good communication from the company overall

Aug 02,2022Firslty, SafeTrade 24were very helpful with up front advice to make sure I chose the best possible product. This went back and forth many times, but they were responsive and advisory the whole way through. 1 month after delivery, we realised we had a problem. Their supplier didn't send the full consigmnet. Once again they were helpful in how we resolved the issue. And when their supplier didn't help, SafeTrade 24 at their cost ordered the missing items. Just to be clear, there were lots of things missing, so this was extremely good of them. Especially as I had been slow on my side to deal with it. Highly recommended. Most b2b companies do not operate in this way - such a refreshing change.

Jul 24,2022Not quite the product illustrated on their website. Different colour (no big deal) however, it did NOT come with foam filled puncture proof wheels (as described) but pneumatic. Never-the-less the product is fit for my job...but I could have bought the yellow version I got £30 cheaper from Parrs - which is branded as Ravendo (they appear to be manufactured in Denmark)... I, initially, gave Safeguard a 4 star review - because the product didn't come with foam filled puncture proof wheels (as described) but pneumatic. However, after posting my review I received a call, from Calum, apologising for the fact that the truck had been dispatched with the wrong wheels and offering a set of the correct ones - by return. I accepted the offer and they have now arrived. It's very refreshing to deal with such a professional company which - when things go wrong - pulls out all the stops to sort the issue out. You've earned the 5 stars... Thank you!

Jul 05,2022Looks a good quality container. Two of us put it together, make sure it’s not a windy day. Item arrived a couple of days after we ordered it. Once it’s put together it seems extremely strong and the locks seem to be of a good standard. Hoping it holds up to the weather but on first impressions it seems worth the money.
