Oct 17,2019We purchased one of their own 2.5T pallet trucks for use in a new tail lift vehicle, we were very happy with the cost and quality. Due to the pallet truck being in the back of a moving vehicle, it was stored by tipping it over on its side, to prevent it rolling back and forth on its wheels. This unfortunately led to parts working loose and it stopped lifting. Upon returning the pallet truck, it was fixed while the driver waited at no charge and driver was shown a safe way of storing the pallet truck to prevent the same issue recurring. Overall very happy with Safetrade 247.
