Jun 18,2022I asked the cashier twice, and each time I was told that if I bought wine it should be on the shelf inside. I found other staff with poor attitudes and I couldn't understand why I was subjected to such treatment. I was just trying to get wine. Every server was very unprofessional, I showed the email I received along with the attachments and asked many servers and no one knew about this service. Well, maybe no one really came to dengrong to pick up the wine. Finally an older staff checked my code and told me I needed to wait a while and she needed to talk on the phone to confirm this. BTW I didn't even have to show my ID, I just took my wine. The whole experience really sucked. I will not be purchasing anything from this store.

May 01,2022There was a problem with my delivery and i have to say the costumer service was amazing. They personally delivered the drinks and were in general very helpful. As for the drinks, they were great! Highly recommended!
