Occasionally, I purchase special products like the bulk sale box. While there have been instances where some items were canceled, the customer service team has been incredibly patient in explaining policies, checking order statuses, and processing refunds promptly.

May 02,2024total rip off im owed over 120 items it says fulfilled and thats incorrect they do not call back or answer any email questions. im contacting the bbb , and attorney general to get them shut down they operate out of hong kong they make it look like their part of amazon and they are not DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I sent the items back over a month ago and still have not gotten a refund and every time I reach out to the company they tell me it has not been delivered. Do not waste your time with this company. It’s a scam.

Nov 30,2023My item was returned due to my moving after ordering and prior to delivery. Sale dress was very helpful and sent my dress back out to my current address. They kept me abreast of updates regarding the delivery. Once delivered, I am very pleased with my dress quality and everything.
