Feb 10,2023My first experience doing a bulk order was so bad I order a 9 piece tights set only got four and 3 ugly dress that I didn't order when I contacted them they tell me they gonna give me store coupons now tell me if you know you not gonna shipped the order you advertise then why take my money and don't want to refund I'm very disappointed..I would never order there boundle deal ever again 🙃

Jan 24,2023If I can give ZERO star, I would give a ZERO. My order took 15 days to get me a tracking # and that was after I contacted them. It took a little over 1 WHOLE month to say that it got delivered but I got nothing in the mail. I contacted CS and guess what they told me! They told me to check with my neighbors, call Frreakinng USPS and the below: -Verify the shipping address from your orders -Look for a notice of attempted delivery -Look around the delivery location for your package -Check to see if the package was left with a receptionist or neighbor -Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Wait 48 hours - in some rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of your parcel. Could you please contact USPS for more details about the package? USPS Call: 1-800-275-8777 NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS AGAIN!
