I love shopping with saledress it’s just majority of the time my outfits don’t make it then I look at my email & I’m getting refunded for half of the stuff I ordered which is disappointing!

My experience has always been great except this last purchase. I was sent the wrong merchandise. It's no number to call and my last few orders I've had no tracking unless I was checking on the order myself.

Not as pictured. The shirt in the picture has red and black plaid. The one I received has red and blue plaid with a black upper. Doesn't match at all looks silly

Beware that the do not send the items pictured on their website. It's a total Bait and Switch! They send cheap version of items that do not match the pictures on their site. They do not respond to emails complaints about the product until after the return window closes then say they can't do a return because it's been too long. Very cheap, Bait and Switch clothing and horrible costume service and return policies.

The dress received was not like the dress shown in the advertisement. Very disappointed. Advertisement was very misleading.

I read all of the 5 Star Reviews on saledress.com which stated true to size. Well I'm a size 16 in pants/5'7 and ordered a size XXL, thinking it would be too big, which was ok because I have a sewing machine and I liked the outfit just that much. I could barely get my leg in it. I'm not happy with this purchase and planned on returning it but still have not heard back on how to proceed by email or phone. Their return policy is questionable and a scam. I will not be purchasing from them again. I submitted a review that was not posted. Be careful purchasing from this site. One of my joggers was true to size, cheap material but I only paid $10 for it. I will keep it. Red Flags because they do not return calls or emails. If you have money to throw away by all means order from this site. I lost $15 and will donate the lost. Glad it was $15 and not $50

I have ordered several times from salesdress. Each time I received something other than what I expected. The clothing was a different material or the sizing and/or colors were way off and was far from good quality. Will never buy again. I guess you get what you pay for... Disappointed in Georgia

I only buy from this site! What I do is, compare the same outfit, and price to others sites. Salesdress is always a cheaper price. And the outfit always look the same as it does on the site when it arrives. I got two jumpsuits from Amazon for $32 dollars each. Then I just happen to be on Salesdress and see the same two jumpsuits for $15.00.. I was livid [at myself.] Always check here first!
