Nov 29,2021Honestly one of the best on the web. Ordered multiple times from Saltwaterfish.com and have yet to have a bad experience. Honestly, I was shocked to see the level of care they took when packing the shipment. Corals, Inverts, and Fish all arrived alive and well packed with "heat" or proper temp packs. One part I was more impressed with is the local fish store or whomever is shipping and packing for them actually called me and let me know he didn't feel confident one of my selections was healthy enough to ship. They offered to hold the shipment for a week and quarantine it and actually sent me a picture of the subject. A week later the guy sure enough did not do well and was re-contacted and removed it from the order. This level of detail was impressive and well appreciated.
