They said they never got payment and that I need to try and order again UMM NO. 6 days later they finally figure it out and ship my order well unfortunately for me There were things I needed immediately like food for my shrimps. No offer to ship for free or credit on my next order just here ya go we are shipping it to you a week from when you ordered it. I know mistakes happen this company is shady as hell.
