I was worried about the arrival of the fish fedex ran an hour late, the blue hippo tang was really stressed out I didn't think she was going to make it she did she perked up, the clown fish was doing great as soon as I got him out of the bag into a bucket

Don't bother buying from them, you will get partial credit if fish die, u pay for shipping. Then they won't let you apply your credit towards $149 free shipping so you have to buy more to get it. Then those are DOA and they won't refund you your credit for the first order. Just the difference you paid to increase the order. I have a QT tank and thousand of dollars of fish in my display tank. None of which are from the 3 orders I made with saltwater fish.com

FedEx has been dropping the ball on shipments lately it’s been taking four days to get an overnight shipment but whenever I’ve made my guarantee request saltwaterfish.com has come through and made everything good with either a refund or replacement I’ve never had any real issues with this company I will continue to order from them

Livestock was DOA after an unexpected shipping delay. Sheila and the rest of the Saltwaterfish customer service team worked with the carrier to try and get it resolved, but unfortunately to no avail. Saltwaterfish provide me a full refund for the loss of the livestock and I appreciate their responsiveness and attentiveness to the situation.

You delivered me a dead fish. It was packed sideways. The heat pad wasn’t even activated so the fish was cold. No customer service call back. And I can’t even get a replacement fish.... utterly ridiculous
