Sheila was amazing!!! I had a small issue because of a fedex delay and the team at saltwaterfiah.com took great care of me. They got my replacement sent right out and they were very very nice in doing so. I think Sheila went above and beyond for us. We thank you so much and that a big part of why we buy from them.. amazing and very happy with you guys. Thank you again

Great pricing and selection. Real value is their warranty, I recently had some fish arrive late because of the shipping company, and the fish didn't survive. Saltwaterfish.com handled my request quickly and agreed to send replacements out!

I made my first order on this website recently before a big winter storm hit my town and shut shipping and mail down for about two weeks, in that time Saltwater Fish took every measure to ensure my fish were safe and healthy for delivery. Unfortunately one of the fish I ordered passed away a few days after receiving it, but I was immediately issued a store credit for the fish and was able to quickly get a replacement. Great customer service and dedication to the hobby.

In the past, I never had issues with fish arriving healthy. However the last 3 orders have been riddled with fish dead on arrival and those that live past 36 hours.

This has been the first time i order any marine life stock online and experience was great. I ordered 2 maxi carpet anemone , the the coloration was beautiful unfortunately 1 did not make it but followed the warrant procedures on the web oage and was virtualy assisted by Sheila and refund was issued hassle free. Definately will continue to buy from saltwaterfish.com

1. Received livestock late-weeks late. 2. Livestock was shipped in bags that were 66.5 degrees F. upon arrival. 3. One (of five) of the "Scarlet hermits" at $8.99 was an empty, broken shell. 4."Sexy shrimp" was the size of a grain of wild rice. 5. Due to the cold temps I think one of the feather dusters will die. $175 for items that would have cost $50-$75 at a local fish store.

New York weather is so unpredictable during the winter months. Saltwaterfish must know that. When I emailed them to tell them a winter storm again was going to hit us (2-3 ft of snow) they thanked me and ask that I let them know when a good time would be. My group of Cleaning Crew and fish came! I put the bags of fish and crew in the tank to warm up. After a bit I could see a lot of movement and felt now I can acclimate them. The Cleaning Crew were very anxious so time came and in they went. Happy little fellows crawling around and into every nook and cranny there was to find in this tank. The fish were a bit longer but the wait was very much worth it. They were very lively and of course some hid, but that is to be expected. My experience again with this company is truly one of the best to do business with. I have shopped with them before and will continue too. The staff is very knowledgeable and are there to answer your questions. Thank you again for these beautiful fish and of course the Cleaning Crew! Terri in Glen Spey, New York
