Jun 30,2021From the initial visit to measure up / advise / quote, Samson were excellent. Delivery time was fair considering we ordered the awning in the middle of a pandemic. The 3 lads that fitted it turned up bang on time as arranged and did a great job, explained how it all worked and left our house and decking tidy. Oliver from Samson has been really helpful during the process, and continues to offer advice when I ask for it now the awning is in regular use. Highly recommend all round.

May 21,2021Efficient service and excellent product. We are really pleased with our awning. Samson were really good at letting us know what would be happening and when. There were a couple of hiccups with the fitting but these were resolved relatively quickly.

Jul 14,2021We ordered over the phone, everything went extremely well, due to pandemic we had a wait for delivery, and also because we were fitting the awning ourselves the wouldn’t send a representative out. We were somewhat “going blind” in knowing what exact measurements we needed. However we resolved this and duly fitted it fairly easily, the only thing was some of the instructions were a bit confusing for a first time fitting. Also to program the control wasn’t easy, but a phone call to Samsons, with a great technical man talking us through was brilliant! Cannot fault the awning it’s fantastic, well done Ollie and the team.
