Jan 26,2025I hunted for a particular melt that I knew I had somewhere , found it and put it on too melt and fell in love with it straight away and sent an email straight away to get it ordered in a Grande . Millie emailed back almost immediately and said that they had the oils and if I replied ASAP she world get it added onto the Grande list with my name on it so I could order straightaway. So I did , from my asking if they had the oils to me buying was all done sighing about 30 minutes , and all on a Saturday !!!! Brilliant , friendly service as always . And my house smells amazing !

Nov 19,2024I like the way the whipped soap feels so I am buying more but the smell doesn't have good staying power in my opinion (which they claim). I've previously reviewed some of the items I've bought but if it's not a really positive review they won't publish it. I have the room spray, it's nice to quickly freshen up a room but again doesn't last long compared to febreeze. Delivery times are ridiculous, they had an automated response saying delivery would take 5 working days, I've now been told up to 10 working days and expect it to go up again.

Nov 16,2024I purchased the Room & Fabric Spray in the Oudh-Er scent from the Sassy Scents website with a 10% welcome discount code, and the smell was beautiful. I sprayed it in the upper 4 corners of my average sized living room but it only lasted a few minutes, far from hours to which the company claims it lasts. I tried it once more the next day but the results were the same. My room was warm and windows closed. I reached out to their Customer Services Team on messenger after seeing on FB that they offer a money back guarantee, and I chatted with Millie. Millie told me she was escalating my complaint further and 3 days later she came back to me and offered me 10% discount from my next purchase!! I find this quite ridiculous really, as to why they would think I would wish to purchase it again when in my experience it did not perform as advertised in the first instance. I would certainly not recommend this company or product.

Nov 15,2024Really disappointed with the advent calendar, 21 of the items were wax melts and in that several were duplicated. They aren't particularly strong either. I got 2 whipped soaps, a body scrub and a room spray. This was certainly not worth £75, let alone the £156 RRP they claim it is. Two days after ordering, there was a deal on the site making the whole thing cheaper (and being able to select scents and avoiding duplicates!). On the product page there is an option to leave a review which I did, then when I submitted it it said it would be up to the website admin to publish the review. As expected, my review hasn't been published as it wasn't a 5* shining review. Not a good representation of customers' experiences... Take the good reviews with a pinch of salt.

Nov 10,2024Placed an order, £4.50 delivery and having to wait over 9 days delivery and still not received it. Customer service poor too. Really has went down hill in the past couple of years. All the fb favourites who contstantly post about it seem to get orders straight away!

Not only are the products amazing quality but the customer service and community they have built is top tier level, they genuinely mean it when they say thank you for shopping with them. Kayleigh and Kiera on lives are troopers and always try to accommodate everyone’s needs. I could just go on and on with positive pointers about this company, just try their products for yourself … you will not be disappointed ♥️

Oct 27,2024I am a first time customer with Sassy Scents, can't wait to receive my bundle, I was checking my order and noticed there was a bit of a mix up, I contacted the company by email, next morning Klarize contacted me, firstly to apologise for the mix up and to reassure me the mix up would be rectified, which it was, Klarize couldn't have been more helpful. The apology straight away from Klarize was very telling of the company's policies and Klarize's understanding and resolving of the mix up straight away.

Oct 16,2024Ordered a £25 mystery box on TikTok that was supposed to be valued at £60. When you check the 6 individual items on their website, the value only comes to £52.94. In the item description it clearly gives a list of the items you may receive. 1 item from each list. This lead me to believe i would receive 2 sprays but i only got one. I also received a whipped soap in a scent that wasn't on the list at all. Looks like they're just getting rid of old stock and I feel i have been mis sold. The items were delivered very quickly and the sugar scrub is right up my street but i wont be purchasing from them again. I did have my eyes on their advent calendar and subscription but not now. I'll try another company for my home fragrance and body products.

All in all, my experience with Klarize and Sassy Scents was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this company, not only for helpful staff, but their products are amazing!

I loved the look, feel and attitude of this company so placed my order Delivery was very quick and I'm so happy with my items in the mystery box and was a definite bargain with two lovely room sprays, a massive jar of body scrub, a wax melt and a whipped soap. The other whipped soaps smell divine and I used the Snow Pixie one tonight and it's gorgeous. My skin feels so soft and my husband commented that I smell 'yummy'. Will definitely be ordering again
