We have had many problems with large travel companies in the past, so it was so refreshing that we felt that Savvi Travel treated us as individuals and felt like they really cared that our holiday was important to them. We can not recommend them enough.

Nov 12,2024Ann and savvi travel delivered a trouble free detailed and excellent 3 week touring holiday to Australia. Having listened to what we wanted the holiday was tailored to our wishes. With 5 internal flights and numerous day tours within the agenda the holiday flowed with no issues. Ann gave a paper run through detailing ( in depth) the holiday which made sure we knew what we were doing were. Thank you Ann for all your help. I certainly would recommend Savvi travel for both holiday security and a good time.😀

This included the booking of flights and reservation of seats I prefer. The hotel they booked was also amazing - ideally located and with such helpful staff too.

Our stay at Dome of Elounda exceeded all expectations, providing the perfect blend of relaxation, exploration, and unforgettable experiences. The hotel itself was a true oasis, with beautifully appointed rooms offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The clean and modern facilities, including the inviting pool and well-maintained gardens, made for a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Crete itself is a treasure trove of history, culture, and natural beauty. We spent our days exploring the ancient ruins of Knossos, soaking up the sun on the pristine beaches of Elafonisi, and indulging in delicious local cuisine at charming tavernas. The island's vibrant atmosphere and friendly locals made us feel right at home. We were particularly impressed with Savvi Travel's exceptional service. The best local travel agent, I have used! - Normally I leave the holiday booking to my partner but this time I thought I would give it a go - I visited the Oundle Shop and sat with Chloe and She gave me the best advice! A Very professional and knowledgeable travel agent. The assistant was not closely acquainted with jetBlue the airline with whom I had opted to travel but quickly found out and all details were settled by the following morning. I do commend jetBlue - friendly service, efficient operations, and the use of small aircraft makes passage through US immigration much quicker.
