Fantastic customer service! I was struggling to receive my orders, as the products kept being returned without reaching my country. Monaliza handled the issue super well and tried out 3 different couriers until I finally got my product and even included a complementary product as an apology. I am very impressed with the amount of product for each month that I received. I will report back in 3 months on my product results.

I tried to order from Biolabs in July 2024 but my subscription did not go through. In the meantime I went elsewhere for treatment. Whilst away on vacation in October I received a message thanking me for my recent order and product was on its way. I have been charged £228 for product I did not ask for, do not want and have so far, had no response.

Mi sono arrivate tante confezioni senza averle ordinate dopo il primo ordine, ho scritto più volte spero abbiano fermato gli invii ora, se continuano dovrò rivolgermi a federconsumatori. Ho dovuto anche bloccare il fornitore sulla carta di credito, ma loro lo hanno abilmente aggirato ignorando tutto cambiando i codici che erano stati bloccati. Tra l'altro nessun miglioramento infatti ho smesso di farlo avendo ancora almeno 9 bottiglie in casa. Pessimi direi.
This is not a trustworthy company. They say that you subscribe when I can assure you, I did not subscribe, why would I subscribe? to a product that I maybe be allergic too . Mentioning the serum could sting your scalp Reading some reviews people have been very disappointed with this company hair falling out . when you go to do a return form they are still hard selling to try another product. when you write so many emails saying I do not want your product . There’s . No return label in box to send back then want to charge you £4.50 for shipping back , it’s ridiculous. I then receive a email saying we’re so sorry that you want to turn your item back and your frustration. As if they care.. You can keep that one with 50% off. I do not want your product.!!! you just go around in circles anything to get their extra £41 minus the £ 4.50 Do not touch this company .
