I'm 44 years old and never had problems with hair loss, but after facing a tough time with family issues and a lot of stress at work, my hair was going away, even chunks of hair while showering. I saw plenty of products, and of course I've checked carefully before buying them. It's easy to find cheap products but with much less or not effective at all. This one is kind of pricey, but the most effective according to reviews on several platforms, so I've decided to give it a try. Much less hair loss, really, and I also noticed some sprouts on the forehead and in some areas where hair was not growing that much. You feel some 'burning' after applying that can be uncomfortable at the beginning, then you get used to it. It's not cheap, but I got surprised with the size of the bottle. I am using it twice a day, and after five weeks, I'm still using the first one from the 3-bottle special pack that I purchased. The only problem is that it took ages to arrive, I was about to cancel and very angry at them, but it was actually a logistic problem, not their fault. Angela Flores from the customer support was quite helpful and patient. I wish I could buy the other products, but now unfortunately I can't afford, but very happy with the results anyway. And the product does not smells bad!

It's no coincidence that every opinion here is about Customer Service, not about the product itself. My experience with both has been awful. I ordered the product, then immediately did some research on evidence and decided to cancel it. A few minutes later Customer Service pressured me to keep it and try it under the promise of a full refund if I was not happy with it. After a week using the product and hating the "tingling" sensation (more like burning, if you ask me) I sent them an email expressing my concerns and they took a full week to reply. All they did was cancel my subscription, no refund is expected. Please be aware this product is only backed by their own tests. If that's not enough of a warning, mind that they will do anything to keep you as a customer, but bail on you when you have a problem. As any dermatologist will tell you, nothing you put over your scalp will make your hair grow again. Period.

I recently placed an order with this company, and for some reason my bank account was showing three orders. I am not sure what happened but I alerted Scandinavian Biolabs and asked that only one order be fulfilled. They investigated the transaction and now all is well. Never have I received such amazing customer service. My package went missing during transit, but unlike other companies when something like this happens they take zero responsibility and are non communicative, Denise from Scandinavian Biolabs was so accommodating and understanding.
