I've been using the hair growth serum for a year and it's incredible. Ordered the eyelash serum to try next!

Well, nothing happens and I believe it’s just another of these untrustworthy companies that claim to have found the solution and advertise with tons of pictures on their website. I'm sorry but I need to edit this review because after almost two weeks I ordered the product, it still didn't arrive, I'm gonna leave soon for three weeks and it will be useless if it arrives after tomorrow.

Sep 17,2024I have had problems with dealing with this company after trying to order 3 serums through Amazon. The order didn't arrive and the tracking information I got was for a previous order I made with Amazon. Scandinavian biolabs was unable to provide the correct tracking information, so Amazon asked them to resend the order. They failed to understand that I needed the order before going away for a month and just said they would support me if i did not get the order in time. Eventually I was told they were sending another order, but it turned out to be 3 serums for men not women as I had requested. After numerous e mails to and from I was extremely stressed by this, not to mention insulted. Also I had asked them to send it to another address as I was not going to be at home and they ignored this, sending it to my home address which was no good. I was forced to order yet another bottle of serum, directly and first of all I got confirmation of one bottle of serum for women which was correct. Later I got another confirmation saying the order was for l bottle for women and another for men, which I hadn't ordered. I asked if I ve been charged for the men's serum not requested and have had no response to this question. Also when ordering payment is taken without me giving payment information. I don't like this as they could add on anything they like and charge you. There just seems to be mix up after mix up and I am not sure if the serum is working. It is very difficult to avoid getting into a subscription. Even if you click on one off payment the next thing that comes up says subscription PS I am adding this after reading reply and have to say Scandinavian biolabs have conscientiously tried best to put things right

Sep 16,2024This doesn’t work at all, using bio pilixin hair growth serum for women since beginning of June and nothing happens. I have now requested back my money, let us see if they mean it with their “money-back- guarantee”. Don’t waste your money.
