I ordered the shampoo hoping for good results but unfortunately the product was not for me. I had a reaction which has left me with an itchy scalp. I also have oily hair and it didn't clean my hair well enough. Luckily the customer service was great and Monaliza provided advice and arranged for a refund very quickly. Products are not going to work for everyone so it's great to have good customer service to help when needed.

Since posting the review below I have now received helpful email response from a human! I would advise Biolabs not to rely entirely on AI to sort customer problems out... I am upgrading my stars as they have made a genuine effort now to assist me. This review is based entirely on the delivery process as haven't had long enough to see if product is helpful to me. The website is very professional and convincing. I felt certain it would be worth a try. I ordered the subscription service for once a month. The 1st bottle arrived promptly after ordering. 2nd bottle arrived without any prior notification whatsoever, which didn't seem right, I might have been away and unable to receive it. I tried to access my account to check the options which I couldn't do (hadn't tried previously). All I could find was aggressive marketing. As I could find no link to access accounts I contacted the email help center - thought I was messaging a helpful person but now realise I wasn't, just chatbot but very good imitation to begin with. After about 4 emails back and forth I sent a screenshot to show there was no link to account as instructed. The help chat immediately closed down. Tried again today, no luck. Worry I have been scammed. Have instructed credit card to stop repeat payments and will email to cancel any further deliveries. Very disappointed but it doesn't feel right, totally different to other subscription services (for vitamins) that I have. Be careful. The good reviews I read before ordering are nothing like the experience I have received with regard to customer service.
I had a delivery issue with my order and Francis B. was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They were prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the process. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received my replacement order and kept me updated on the status. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and would highly recommend Scandinavian Biolabs.
The products are undeniably good—I’ve had great results with them and I like them. However, the biggest downside, and the reason I’ve decided not to continue using them, is the price. If they were around 35% cheaper (after the 15% discount they give through newsletter) , I’d happily keep buying. But with the current pricing and the availability of other high-quality, reasonably priced alternatives on the market, Scandinavian Biolabs is no longer a worthy option.
Brilliant, excellent, wonderful customer service from Hasan and Lisa. Quick and super efficient. I am so impressed. Other organisations should use them as role models/ muses to improve their customer service.
After encountering an issue with an order, I contacted customer support. The agent, Efleda, was excellent. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also stayed in touch until the issue was resolved.
I contacted BIOLABS as soon as I tried the product as I knew immediately that it wasn’t going to work for me and maybe I was unlucky and just had a bad reaction to the product? Biolabs were quick to get in touch and offered me a full refund which has been paid into my account.
Excellent Products and even better Customer Service. I had the most pleasant interaction with Jolly when I had a question about my order. Jolly took the time to follow up and give me a very detailed response to my query. This made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Jolly was quick to respond and really helped with my overall experience. The products are fantastic but knowing that behind the scenes you have someone like Jolly who really cares about the customer makes all the difference!
