I placed an order for a derma roller from Scandinavian Labs on January 9, 2025 and till today, the order has neither been confirmed nor shipped. This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and responsiveness.
The hair products arrived after quite a while. I have had them 6 weeks so I cannot claim any difference at all so far. Sadly beware of their online form, a the subscribe to further orders you have to turn off & rather small. Another unexpected order arrived & deducted from bank account. “Beware” it was Christmas & I was on another continent. I missed the 14 day return, they will not budge & will not accept order returns. Customer service good on answering back .. that’s all I can say & I hope they follow their word & have cancelled this period & other orders. I have read on other reviews that you have to pay to send items back . Just be informed & careful with this company .. Sadly I do not trust the company or its products & as previous reviews that are relentless with their marketing …… unsubscribe but before check your subscription status. ……
It's too early for me to say anything about the product itself. Well, other than after less than a month's use, I can already notice less shedding. However, the customer service is excellent! I had some trouble with my account and subscription, and after Monaliza worked wonders, everything works well now. I can easily see my subscriptions, my options for the next delivery, etc., just by signing into my account. Thank you!

Terrible service relentless email spamming. Was sent an order I didn't want and thought I'd cancelled. Product took 20 days to arrive. Had to pay to return it. Constant email spamming. All this firm wants you to do is suck you in to buy more expensive products. Really bad experience. Poor customer service.
