As we are in Texas, I was a bit concerned about the timeline, however, the ordered tartans arrived as promised, in excellent condition and are beautiful. I will be ordering additional tartans in September and have every confidence all will go as smoothly. Would also like to note, that the customer care I received was outstanding....(I was not brushed off as "another American who wants to be Scottish", while in fact I am 100% Scottish, hailing from Ayr; as has been the case with a competitor of yours.)
