The support from Ali and then Daxa has been great and communication with both has been both responsive and clear allowing us to undertake and complete everything we needed to in a timely manner and with confidence.

Feb 25,2025I liked the reasoning and understanding of the application and ultimately the approval. What i wasn't happy with is the long drawn out settlement process where documents are not provided until most conditions are met and when they are provided you are then advised of more settlement requirements (although most had already been sent in earlier!).
