They must be the type of company where the leadership loves book. Sometimes great deals compensate in lack of quality service but not them.

I am giving a 5 star rating for these reasons plus the selection of titles is expansive and I like that a lot. I will be ordering again, naturally.

I emailed them regarding my address change to see if I could have to books shipped to my new address, and they emailed me back promptly and updated my new shipping address.
