I appreciate the ease of browsing and selection of books. I did have a problem with an order and I wanted to talk to someone. It could have been handled quickly and easily but since a human being was not available it took days and many hours of my time to resolve. Customer service could be improved.

Very disappointed. This is the second time I bought books from second sale and they were supposed to be in good condition and they had writing and 3 had dedications in the front of them. 2 this order and two books from a previous order. I only order good or like new. This time... The one book had writing and the binding is falling apart. I planned on giving it as a birthday gift. Now I have nothing. The other book has words circled and underlined. That was for me. I guess it's hit or miss with this place. The other 6 books from this order were great. Books arrived very fast 2 to 3 days.

Second sale is the best company I ordered from on line. The price of the books is reasonable and they are in good condition. They are delivered within 10 days. Personally, I don't think they need to change anything.

The book I recieved was a hard back edition in very good condition, and it was reasonably priced. I hadn't seen the book in circulation for quite a while & I am happy to be able to share the poems & short stories I grew up to w/my growing families "Newest Chapters" in life. Thank You!

I def like the selection and prices! I ordered 29 books at once. I expected the free shipping to be fairly slow.. but ultimately it took over 2 weeks for 3 different mailings of books to arrive, none coming on the same day. Ultimately... my order was 4 books short. I did reach out to them about it, they replied relatively quickly and asked which books were missing. To be fair.. I've been out of town so I haven't had a chance to get a list of what's missing back to them yet.. but they've tried to rectify the issue. I also wish they had some mechanism to pay for faster shipping. Overall though.. these ussues are minor. I'll certainly been purchasing from them again
