May 29,2024Ordered 5 books from this company back in April of this year. I waited almost 2 1/2 weeks and they never came. I emailed the company to check the status of my order which was going from Illinois to South Carolina and was told that it takes at least 15-20 business days for books to arrive by ground. I never received my package, and got an email from the company stating that my entire purchase had been refunded, and I never cancelled the delivery. Be very cautious of this company. Business practices are shady at best. Find another option… Do Not Buy Here!!!!

May 29,2024I will never order from SecondSale again. I ordered four Pop-up Peekaboo Unicorn books that were listed in "Good" condition. I give these books away as part of a toy program. The books were sent to me with the heads of the unicorns torn off. I sent pictures to customer service and all I got back was that I was out of window for a return. They could have cared less that the books should have been thrown away by SecondSale let alone sold as in "good" condition. Talk about giving a nightmare to a child who loves unicorns!
