May 29,2024I have ordered several books from second sale and I have received them all one time they did not arrive to where I sent them but they were quick to refund my money after I contacted them. I will definitely be buying more books from here

May 29,2024Good prices, nice selection, good follow up in reply to e-mailed questions I sent in about my order. What I disliked is that had placed two rather large orders and it was great that they sent me an e-mail with a tracking number, but they neglected to notify me that my items were being sent in multiple packages, so each of the two orders actually had multiple tracking numbers. It wasn't until i got my first order and many items were missing that I reached out to inquire and was notified that it was shipped in multiple packages. Even then I had to initiate requesting the other tracking numbers so I could follow the progress of my shipment. When i placed the second order I was again given an e-mail notification that my items shipped and again there was a single tracking number. I reached out before anything arrived and asked if this was also shipped in multiple parts/packages and if so, could they please let me know the other relevant tracking numbers so I could follow the progress. The other concerning thing was that they included small packing slips/item numbers for each item ordered, but the numbers on the slips did not always match with the number on the order confirmation sheet. Overall, my items arrived safely and were in good condition. I would likely use them again for future services but would know now to reach out immediately to ask about additional tracking data. I would suggest that with each tracking number they include a discrete list of items included in that shipment so it's easier to know which items are in which shipment, specially if your order is broken up into 4 or 5 tracking numbers for packages that arrive over a 1 to 2 week span of time.
