Feb 26,2025I tried sending money to the Philippines yesterday and it still says processing. I tried canceling but customer service says they can't help me. They asked what my account name is and they said it isn't correct. I was born with one name. They refuse to cancel the transaction and I can't send another because it says I have a pending transaction. Very poor customer service

Feb 25,2025Please avoid using this service—it’s a scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. Transactions are not processed in a timely manner; instead, they remain in “processing” status for an extended period, with the company blaming delays on local partners. Customer service is unhelpful and consistently misleading. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. Money transfers should be fast and handled with urgency—anything less is unacceptable.
