Mar 01,2025When there are no issues the app is great however when there are issues it’s impossible to get a hold of someone. Was on the phone for 63 minutes today before I had to abandon the call earlier today. Trying the chat option now and even that is saying 40-60 minutes wait time. Processed a transfer earlier today at 9:30 am. It’s now 7:18 PM and it’s still in the “processing” stage. Will be using other app next time

Feb 28,2025The platform works great when everything is running smoothly. However, if you ever need to contact support, forget it! Customer service is terrible. Conversations are not saved, so every time you reach out, you have to explain everything from scratch, and they still never solve anything. On top of that, this is the only app where support agents just disconnect the chat while you're still talking. Total lack of respect for customers! May I have send print to have the truly.

Feb 27,2025Betrug !!! My money has been stuck with them for since 30.11.2014 ! It has not been delivered to my family in Lebanon, and they have not returned the money to me yet! I spoke to customer service more than 10times to no avail, and every time I had to wait about half an hour before they responded Then they trick you with incomprehensible words and ask you again to wait 30 days and then they close! Does this mean that I have been scammed or what? Who should I contact to collect my money from them And now here their employee will come and tell me I am sorry someone will contact me to solve the problem, and I know that no one will contact me, they are simply scammers
