Dec 31,2024Failed to deliver my money. Blamed foreign agent. refused to cancel the transaction again blamed foreign agent. Help Desk absolutely useless and refused to help in any way. Full of promises none of which were kept. Thoroughly untrustworthy company. BEWARE Following this report of my experience Sendwave requested my email address but BOTH methods they suggested for me to contact them failed. It seems that they will NOT accept emails from anybody !
