Dec 30,2024I was sending money through Sendwave and then I was blocked from sending money for over a month this year if you look back in my history and now I have recently started sending money again, but I know my limit is very low and other countries have unlimited funds that they can send I don't like the way you guys are treating Your Canadian clients and not giving them also unlimited funds to be able to send as I do have loved ones in Africa. I have also found other companies who would be your competition when it comes to unlimited transactions and unlimited amounts of money that can be sent. I do have business that I want to do and I would like to use Sendwave as a tool for my business, but if this keeps happening where I am being Told that I have not received unlimited service in regards to sending money then I will have to look for another service. That is my only complaint. Everything else has been good.

Dec 30,2024I’m a costumer of Sendwave I don’t like it anymore to used them customer service hard to reach them and they said its more easy to get in touch with chat conversation but customer service staff are not replying your message maybe they are just seating and talking only on their chair to take easy money wages not to used them anymore
