Not impressed, paid £8.95 for next day delivery. It was sent via tracked 24 which is not a next day delivery service, nor does it cost £8.95. Arrived a day late and after speaking with customer I am even less impressed. Very unhelpful, rude attitude, kept skirting past the cost of postage and continued stating they are not liable for any delays via Royal Mail. That, I understood, what I couldn’t understand is why they charged £8.95 for a service that they called ‘next day’ with a costs of less than £4. Ring arrived too late to gift and I returned, at my own cost- their refund did not include delivery cost despite them doubling the postage. Awful company, won’t be returning.
Delivered to wrong address despite me putting right address in. Still waiting for my ring three weeks later!
I never received my order. The UPS courier didnt give me the exact location where my order was delivered. I mailed last week about this problem and the Serge Denime investigative team havent replied any mail since then.
Very easy to order and pay. The item was delivered promptly, well packaged with a presentation pouch. Really pleased with ring and would definitely buy from thus vendor again.
Still haven't heard from the customer services after repeatedly contacting them about non delivery of my item. Really frustrating, any information would have been much appreciated as money has been taken but no item received and no explanation - so far just very stressed as this was bought over 3 weeks ago and was meant to be a present, very unhappy with experience
I made an order on Nov 20. I received confirmation that my order had been lost on Nov 30. I have emailed Serge Denimes twice, as instructed to do so and have received no refund, reply or any information pertaining to my order. I am a regular customer and would usually commend the company, but my most recent experience has been a terrible one - involving a long wait to receive my order, which turned into it being supposedly lost and as of today I’ve still not been given any further information despite money being taken for my order nearly three weeks ago.
Did not receive my package which was a gift! Tried contacting via email no response, then messaged via instagram little communication, said I would receive the package but still not received, it has been 3 weeks and counting!

I’ve been sent the wrong item and now customer service aren’t replying me to tell me when the correct item will be sent! It’s a Christmas present that now is looking like I won’t be able to give.. Update: now 3 weeks since the original order was placed, I am still £60 out of pocket and do not have my item. Will be contacting Trading Standards if I don’t hear back soon with an update. I have posted back the incorrect item and received no acknowledgment of this, nor any update on when my correct item will be sent to me (if ever!). Clearly won’t be giving this as my main Christmas present, very disappointed and won’t be ordering from the company again.
I placed an order with Serge DeNimes on November 20th, and despite the 15 days that have passed, my order hasn't arrived. The tracking information hasn't been updated since November 22nd, and despite reaching out to customer support on November 27th, the only response I received was on November 28th, stating they would investigate. I received another email on November 29th mentioning a potential 30-day wait for the investigation, and I've heard nothing since. I requested a refund but was told it wasn’t possible till after the investigation or 30 days, which feels unreasonable given the initial 15-day wait. Notably, I ordered from Vitaly, a Canadian based brand, three days after Serge DeNimes, and their delivery arrived promptly. Considering similar issues in other reviews, I'd advise against purchasing from Serge DeNimes they need to work on their delivery and customer service.

I had such a great experience ordering from this brand. I’m quite picky when it comes to jewellery, but I was so impressed by the first ring I received that I ordered a second item - the necklace was shipped early once again. Both are now my partner’s favourites, worn daily, and look lovely - great quality and great design.
