Dec 29,2024Bought a signet ring as a Christmas gift which has been worn for a couple of hours over two days and is extremely scratched and looks terrible! £250 and won’t last a week! It had minor scratches when it arrived which I didn’t think much of. Disappointing!

Dec 25,2024Placed the order for necklace and an earring, necklace out of stock when finally shipped 10 days later - I’d have cancelled the order if I’d had the option as wouldn’t have ordered the earring at the shipping charge. Disappointing compared to previous experiences with SdN. Also would like to see loyalty points spendable on sale items - I’ve £25 worth of points but nothing catches my eye at full price 🤷
